COOK TIME
40 mins
Ingredients
4–6 beef franks (hot dogs), sliced diagonally or into bite-size rounds
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 small zucchini or carrot, sliced thinly
1/4 cup corn
Cherry tomatoes
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tbsp oil (olive oil or any neutral oil)
Directions
Step 1
Slice all vegetables and beef franks.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
Step 4
Add harder veggies first (like corn), cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add bell peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
Step 6
Toss in the sliced franks. Cook everything together for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the franks are browned and heated through.
Step 7
Sprinkle with seasonings (paprika, pepper, salt, chili flakes, etc.).
Step 8
Drizzle soy sauce or Worcestershire if using. Stir to coat and cook 1 more minute.
Step 9
Enjoy as-is, or serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
