Ingredients
1 pack of Americana breaded Shrimp
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1–1½ tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
1 tsp honey or sugar (to balance spice)
1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice (for tang)
Optional: ½ tsp soy sauce or garlic paste for extra depth
Garnish: Chopped green onions or chives, sesame seeds shredded lettuce or cabbage (for serving base)

Prepare the Sauce:

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey and vinegar/lemon juice. Set aside.

Fry the Shrimp:

Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Step 5
Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 6
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 7
Let fried shrimp cool for 1–2 minutes and gently toss in the spicy mayo sauce until well coated.
Step 8
Arrange on a plate and garnish with onions or sesame seeds.
