Ingredients

10-2 ounce bags of steam frozen corn.

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Lime Juice

1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt

4 ounces of low-fat feta cheese

1 chopped Jalapeno Pepper (leave the seeds in for extra spice)

2 tbsp of chopped red onion

2 cloves of minced garlic

1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

2 tbsp of Franks red-hot sauce or your favorite wing sauce

Directions

Step 1

Prepare corn according to package instructions.

Step 2

10-2-ounce bags steam fresh frozen corn.

Step 3

Once the corn is steamed, heat in a large skillet on medium high heat with olive oil.

Step 4

Take corn off heat and toss with all other ingredients.

Step 5

Serve as a side dish or as a dip tortilla chips!

Step 6

Serve immediately and refrigerate the remainder for up to 3-5 days.
